Mumbai, June 24 -- The Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena may end up losing its office located in the Old Parliament House building if the faction of six rebel MPs gets official recognition from the Lok Sabha Speaker as a separate political group and merges with the Eknath Shinde-led Sena, sources said here on Wednesday.

According to rules, only political parties with five MPs or more are eligible to be allotted a separate office meant for its parliamentary party.

Presently, the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena's parliamentary party office is located in room number 128 A in the Old Parliament House, which is right next to room number 128, which was allotted to the original undivided Shiv Sena.
