Firozabad, April 3 -- Two tankers travelling at high speed from opposite directions collided head-on, killing their drivers, in the Rizawali police station area along the Etah-Tundla route, on Friday afternoon.
According to reports, one tanker was travelling from Etah towards Tundla and the other from Tundla towards Etah, when the collission occured.
The impact of the crash was so severe that both vehicles immediately caught fire, creating panic in the surrounding area.
Upon receiving information, police teams from multiple stations, along with Circle Officer Tundla Arun Chaurasia and fire brigade units, rushed to the spot.
Firefighters managed to bring the blaze under control after significant effort.
