New Delhi, May 11 -- Two men have been detained while two others remain absconding for allegedly harassing and assaulting two women from the Northeast near Eros Hotel in southeast Delhi's Nehru Place area, police said on Monday.
According to police, the incident occurred around 7 am on Sunday when the women contacted Kalkaji Police Station seeking help.
A police team immediately reached the spot and later escorted the victims to AIIMS Hospital for medical examination.
During the initial probe, police found that the women were allegedly subjected to abusive and derogatory comments, which later escalated into a physical altercation between the accused and the victims.
