New Delhi, July 28 -- Four friends who went swimming in the Yamuna in east Delhi's Geeta Colony area on Monday are feared to have drowned due to strong currents. While the body of one man was fished out late on Monday evening, the body of a second man was recovered on Tuesday, officials said.
The body of Rajan (32) was pulled out of the river around 9.40 am on Tuesday.
On Monday, the body of Sonu (35) was pulled out of the river around 8.10 pm with the help of local divers.
The search for the remaining two men, Hemant (27) and Sachin (35), was later suspended due to adverse weather conditions, officials said.
According to family members, the four friends had met in the Gandhi Nagar area before heading to the Yamuna for a swim on Monday ...
