Aurangabad, Sept. 26 -- Two members of a family were charred to death and a teenage girl suffered serious burn injuries after a fire broke out at a house in Miyanbigaha village under Kasma police station area of Aurangabad district on Saturday, police said.
The deceased were identified as 50-year-old Mohammad Salim, a resident of Miyanbigaha, and 18-year-old Afreen Parveen, daughter of Mohammad Tauhid of Budhpur village under Guraru police station in neighbouring Gaya district. The two were related as uncle and niece.
Afreen's 16-year-old sister, Chandni Parveen, also sustained serious burn injuries and was referred to Gaya for specialised treatment, police said.
