Bhopal, May 23 -- A police team of the Katara Hills Police Station in Bhopal brought Samarth Singh, the husband of deceased Twisha Sharma, to the district court here on Saturday afternoon after getting his medical examination done.
The Bhopal police is seeking a seven-day remand for Samarth from the court to interrogate him.
Samarth Singh is the main accused in the case of the suspicious death of his wife, former Miss Pune Twisha Sharma (33), who was found dead under suspicious circumstances, allegedly by hanging, on the terrace of the couple's house in Katara Hills locality of Bhopal on the night of May 12.
Samarth's mother, retired judge Giribala Singh, is also an accused in the case.
