Visakhapatnam, March 21 -- : union Civil Aviation Minister K. Ram Mohan Naidu on Saturday called for transforming Uttarandhra into a global destination, highlighting the region's growing economic potential.
Speaking at the 'Swarnandhra' conference organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in Visakhapatnam, Ram Mohan said Andhra Pradesh, under the leadership of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, is showcasing its strengths to the world.
He said it was an opportunity to participate in CII summits across the country and lauded Chandrababu Naidu's visionary leadership, recalling the support extended by former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee for the implementation of Vision 2020.
