Tirumala, Sept. 1 -- TTD Additional Executive Officer Ch Venkaiah Chowdary on Tuesday reviewed a proposed technology-based luggage management system aimed at providing faster and more secure baggage services to devotees visiting Tirumala.
The review meeting was held here in the presence of TTD Vigilance officials and representatives of GMR.
GMR officials made a presentation on the proposed system, which uses 'BLE 5.1 technology' to enable end-to-end tracking of luggage from the time it is handed over by devotees at Alipiri until its collection at Tirumala.
