Tirumala, April 24 -- Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Additional Executive Officer Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary on Friday reviewed Srivari Seva activities at a meeting held at the Padmavathi Guest House here.
The review focused on improving the functioning of Srivari Seva volunteers, including duty allocation at various locations, training on service protocols for devotees and ensuring proper coordination between departments and volunteers.
The Additional EO directed officials to collect feedback from volunteers after completion of their service and resolve issues promptly.
He also called for the introduction of a transparent system to rate volunteer performance based on efficiency and effectiveness.
