Tirupati, May 12 -- YSRCP has reiterated that the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) board is working for political purposes and Sri Vani Trust funds are being misused unabatedly.
Speaking to the media here on Tuesday, former TTD Chairman Bhumana Karunakar Reddy reminisced that the movement of building temples by Sri Vani Trust, started by former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy during the previous regime, is being watered down.
"Now the contracts are being given to the TDP cadre, defeating the very purpose of the 'Dharmic' activity by turning it into a commercial one," he charged.
