Ankara, July 8 -- US President Donald Trump warned on Wednesday that the United States would "probably" launch further strikes against Iran after American forces carried out attacks targeting Iranian positions following excalation invoving shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.
Speaking alongside Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Ankara, Trump said the US military had already delivered a heavy blow against Tehran and suggested more action could follow.
"We hit them very hard last night, very, very. Probably hit them hard again tonight. I'll give him a little warning. We're going to hit him hard tonight," Trump told reporters.
