Washington/Tel Aviv, March 9 -- US President Donald Trump said on Sunday that any decision to end the war in Iran will be a "mutual" one that he'll make together with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Speaking to Times Of Israel, Trump further asserted in a brief telephone interview that the Islamic Republic would have destroyed Israel if he and Netanyahu had not been around.

"Iran was going to destroy Israel and everything else around it. We've worked together.
