Washington, July 27 -- US President Donald Trump is expected to host Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the White House on Tuesday, offering Kyiv an opportunity to reinforce support in Washington as Russia steps up its missile campaign and Ukraine presses ahead with deep strikes on Russian energy infrastructure.
Ahead of the visit, Zelenskyy said Ukrainian long-range attacks had struck an export terminal in Russia's Rostov region, about 250 kilometres from the front line, as well as oil facilities in the Yaroslavl region and the Udmurt Republic, around 1,300 kilometres from Ukraine's border.
