Washington, July 28 -- US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that Washington's recent communications with Iran had proven productive and showcased steady progress, though cautioned that if Tehran failed to reach an agreement over its nuclear programme, then the US will resume military action.
Speaking to Fox News, Trump said discussions with Iranian officials had been encouraging despite what he said were the Islamic Republic's attempts to downplay the scope of the talks.
