Agartala, March 24 -- Tripura Agriculture Minister Ratan Lal Nath, on Tuesday informed that organic products worth Rs 8.79 crore were exported from Tripura to other states and foreign countries in the last three years.
Nath emphasised the significance of human resources and natural farming, highlighting Prime Minister Narendra Modi's emphasis on the same.
The Minister explained that organic farming, also known as natural farming, avoids the use of pesticides or chemicals and has gained increased recognition during the COVID-19 pandemic.
