Agartala, March 4 -- The District and Session Court of North Tripura District has rejected the bail plea of the five accused in the case of the mysterious death of Dharmanagar's online delivery boy, Prasenjit Sarkar, three months ago, and granted custodial trial.
The accused have been denied the opportunity to seek bail in connection with the case and have been ordered to continue the legal battle from judicial custody. High Court advocate Debdas Baksi, addressing the media in Dharmanagar, emphasised the significance of this legal victory and expressed that it not only represents his own success but also a triumph for the people of Dharmanagar.
