The political uncertainty deepened on Monday after reports emerged of fresh meetings involving expelled Trinamool MLAs Ritabrata Bandopadhyay and Sandipan Saha and several sitting party legislators, raising questions over the possibility of a large-scale rebellion against the leadership of Mamata Banerjee and Abhishek Banerjee.
