Hyderabad, March 11 -- Telangana Panchayati Raj Minister Seethakka on Wednesday called upon the Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities to unite to safeguard their lands and forest resources, alleging that corporate forces were targeting tribal agency areas in the name of mining.
Addressing a large-scale meeting of Adivasi Congress workers at Gandhi Bhavan, she said corporates were attempting to exploit forest wealth and hill resources and urged tribal communities to collectively resist such attempts.
