Bhubaneswar, Oct. 12 -- TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL), in collaboration with the Tata Power Skill Development Institute (TPSDI), has felicitated 120 rural youth who completed the first phase of its Green Jobs Training Programme, aimed at boosting employability in the solar energy sector.
Implemented under TPNODL's corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, the programme covered eight batches in two trades - Solar Supervisor and Solar Helper/Assistant Technician. The trainees received practical, industry-oriented training and certificates issued by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).
