Chennai, Aug. 1 -- Noting that whichever party is in power in Karnataka they are refusing to release waters to Tamil Nadu, Law Minister CTR Nirmal Kumar on Saturday asserted that the state government would knock the doors of the Supreme Court on Monday on the Cauvery issue, while stating that Chief Minister Vijay would take a final call on the growing demand from various parties for an all party meeting to decide the next course of action on this vexatious and emotive issue.
