Chennai, March 3 -- Amid strains in the ties between the ruling DMK and its key ally, the Congress over seat sharing, with both of untrelenting from their stands, a final decision is likey to emerge by Tuesday evening.
A day of hectic developments within the Congress both at the state level and National level kept the political pot boiling in the wake of DMK issuing an ultimatum to its long time ally to accept the offer of 25 Assembly seats and a Raj Sabha seat, as against Congress' demand for 39 seats and two RS berths.
