Chennai, June 25 -- Tamil Nadu Minister for Energy Resources and Law on Thursday released a comprehensive white paper detailing the financial and operational status of the state power sector, pegging the debt burden at Rs 2.47 lakh crore, while ruling out any hike in power tariff this year.
