Chennai, May 29 -- Posing himself as an ordinary devotee, Tamil Nadu Minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR and CE) Ramesh visited the renowned Tiruchendur Subramanya Swamy Temple, one of the six abodes of Loard Muruga, in the southern Thoothukudi district on Friday, and uncovered various irregularities, including in the Special VIP entrance darshan.
The surprise inspection by the Minister took everyone by surprise, leading to suspension of two security personnel at the main entrance and a temple priest restrained from performing any poojas till further orders.
