Chennai, March 11 -- Tamil Nadu Governor R N Ravi ended his tumultous 54 month tenure in the State, when he left for West Bengal to assume charge as Governor of that state.
Mr Ravi was accorded a Guard of Honour by the police at the airport and was seen off by Ministers and other officials.
Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, who has been given additional charge as the Governor of Tamil Nadu, will be sworn in tomorrow.
The swearing-in ceremony will take place at Lok Bhavan where Chief Justice of the Madras High Court Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari will administer the oath of office to him.
