Thiruvananthapuram, May 15 -- Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, several Congress chief ministers and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay are expected to attend the swearing-in ceremony of V. D. Satheesan as Kerala Chief Minister and the new UDF government in Kerala on Monday, turning the event into a high-profile gathering of INDIA alliance leaders.
