Joypur (Purulia), April 20 -- Once the growth engine of India's economy, West Bengal has been "reduced to disorder" by Congress, communists, and now Trinamool Congress, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said here on Monday, stressing the need for a double-engine BJP government so that development funds sent by the Centre are not "misused".
