Kolkata, April 19 -- In the first rally in Bengal after the BJP government at the Centre failed to pass the Nari Shakti Vandan Bill and delimitation in the Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi came down heavily on the Trinamool Congress (TMC), alleging that the ruling party in West Bengal is opposed to making women self-reliant.
