Tirupati, June 12 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Friday said the NDA government treated the massive mandate received in the 2024 Assembly elections not as a political victory but as a responsibility entrusted by the people to rebuild the state.

Addressing the "Two Years of Trust, Development and Welfare" public meeting at Daminedu in Chandragiri constituency near here, Naidu said the coalition government had restored public confidence through welfare, development and good governance during its first two years in office.

"We viewed the 2024 result not as a victory but as a responsibility entrusted to us for rebuilding Andhra Pradesh. We chose to work as servants of the people rather than rulers," he said.
