Hazaribagh, March 3 -- A 28-year-old man was found murdered with his throat slit in Parandi village under Sikri OP of Barkagaon police station area in Hazaribagh district, triggering tension in the locality.
The deceased has been identified as Tulsi Mahto, son of Rameshwar Mahto and a resident of Parandi village. According to family members, he had been missing for the past two days. Despite extensive searches by relatives, his whereabouts remained unknown.
On Tuesday at around 1 pm, his body was recovered from a field between Upar Mohadar and Chitahi. The body bore deep neck injuries, indicating that he was killed by having his throat slit. The recovery spread panic and anger across the village.
