Aurangabad, June 8 -- At least three tourists were killed and 20 others injured when a tourist bus collided with a trailer truck near Dev Mor village under the Mufassil police station area in Aurangabad district early this morning.
Police said here that the bus, carrying pilgrims and tourists from Bodh Gaya to Kashi in Uttar Pradesh crashed into a trailer truck while attempting to overtake another vehicle.
Three passengers died on the spot in the accident. The deceased have been identified as Hazrataya, Fatamavati and Pashulet Venkatesh, all residents of Sangama village in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh.
Twenty other passengers sustained injuries in the crash. The injured were rushed to Aurangabad Sadar Hospital for treatment.
