Hyderabad, April 25 -- In a significant late-night development, the Telangana government and Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) employee unions reached a final agreement at midnight, bringing an end to the ongoing strike.
After nearly 15 hours of continuous discussions held in a cordial atmosphere at the Secretariat on Friday, TGSRTC Vice Chairman and Managing Director Y Nagireddy announced that the talks concluded successfully, with unions agreeing to call off the strike. Bus services across the state are set to resume from the first shift on Saturday morning, restoring normalcy to public transport.
