Hyderabad, July 10 -- The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has received an encouraging response to its new initiative offering free local connectivity for passengers travelling from Hyderabad to Bengaluru, with the scheme leading to a significant increase in bookings.
Under the initiative, passengers holding a valid TGSRTC ticket to Bengaluru can travel free of cost on Pushpak AC buses operating between various parts of Hyderabad and Shamshabad Airport by simply producing their Bengaluru-bound ticket.
According to the TGSRTC statement on Friday, the facility has eased the financial burden on passengers while making travel more convenient, resulting in an additional 60 to 70 ticket bookings every day.
