Hyderabad, May 28 -- Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has created a new benchmark in Hyderabad's real estate sector after its Raidurg e-auction fetched a record price of nearly Rs 237 crore per acre.
The auction was conducted for a prime 6.29-acre multi-use land parcel at Raidurg in Hyderabad and witnessed intense bidding from major national developers. The transaction generated an overall value of about Rs 1,490.73 crore.
An official statement said the final bid price was nearly 70.5 per cent higher than the reserve price of Rs 139 crore per acre and surpassed the previous TGIIC record of Rs 177 crore per acre achieved in 2025.
