Los Angeles, March 3 -- In a fiercely contested acquisition, a major streaming platform has secured "Next Door", an upcoming television series from "Love Life" creator Sam Boyd and indie powerhouse A24, with Tessa Thompson attached to both star and executive produce.
The project has been placed on an accelerated development track, with a writers' room currently being assembled following a competitive bidding process, reports DEADLINE.
