Ch. Sambhajinagar, May 13 -- : Tension prevailed in the Naregaon area of Ch. Sambhajinagar on Wednesday morning after the Ch. Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation carried out a bulldozer action against three allegedly illegal properties linked to AIMIM corporator Mateen Patel, who has recently come under scrutiny over allegations of providing shelter to Nida Khan in the alleged Nasik religious conversion case.
According to officials, the demolition operation commenced at around 6:15 AM amid heavy police security and administrative presence in the area. Three JCB machines were deployed to demolish the alleged unauthorised structures located in Naregaon, following directions issued by the civic administration.
