Hyderabad, Sept. 26 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Saturday called for leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital technology to develop the state's tourism sector to international standards and strengthen its presence on the global tourism map.
Addressing the World Tourism Day-2026 celebrations at Shilparamam here attended by Tourism Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, Bhatti said Telangana had significant potential in nature, heritage, temple, rural and health tourism.
On the occasion, he unveiled a redesigned Telangana Tourism website and a coffee-table book showcasing tourist destinations across the state.
