Hyderabad, June 1 -- : Telangana Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao on Monday announced that the Employees Health Scheme (EHS) would be implemented through a dedicated Employee Health Care Trust, which is expected to be constituted within the next few days.
Chairing a meeting with members of the Joint Staff Council and representatives of various employees' associations at the Secretariat, the Chief Secretary said the operational guidelines for the Trust would be finalised after considering suggestions and recommendations made by employees' organisations.
The meeting focused on strengthening and streamlining healthcare services for government employees, pensioners, and their dependent family members across the state.
