Hyderabad, Aug. 5 -- State-owned Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) on Wednesday held a special review meeting at the Naini Coal Mine in Odisha to ensure the transportation of coal produced at the mine to nearby railway sidings and local consumers as per the prescribed targets.
The mining company is making arrangements to transport a minimum of 12,000 tonnes of coal per day from the Naini Mine.
Senior officials directed Naini Area officers to coordinate closely with coal consumers and transportation agencies to achieve the targeted coal movement, the company said in a release.
