Hyderabad, May 17 -- The first meeting of the Telangana Movement Activists Recognition Committee was held under the chairmanship of K Keshava Rao on Sunday.
The meeting was attended by Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, MLCs M Kodandaram and Addanki Dayakar, former MLC Ramulu Naik and Mothe Shobhan Reddy.
The committee thanked Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy for constituting a dedicated panel for the recognition of Telangana movement activists.
During the meeting, it was decided to establish the committee office beneath the Amaraveerula Jyothi memorial and convene an all-party meeting soon to seek suggestions regarding the recognition of martyrs and activists.
