Hyderabad, April 24 -- Telangana Agriculture Minister Thummala Nageswara Rao on Friday urged the Central Government to take responsibility for procuring all crops for which Minimum Support Price (MSP) is announced, stating that the current system places a heavy financial burden on states.
At a review meeting held at the Secretariat with Agriculture Commission Chairman Kodanda Reddy, scientists, and officials, the Minister discussed paddy variety selection, seed availability, and cultivation planning for the upcoming Kharif season.
