Hyderabad, April 22 -- The Telangana High Court on Wednesday stayed the report of the Justice P C Ghosh Commission, set up to probe alleged irregularities in the Kaleshwaram project, granting relief to former Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) and former Minister T Harish Rao.
The court directed that no action be taken based on the commission's report, observing procedural lapses in its preparation and submission.
However, it upheld the validity of G.O. Ms. No. 6 issued in March 2024, under which the commission was constituted.
