Hyderabad, Feb. 26 -- Reiterating that education is the key to ensuring equal opportunities for Dalit youth, Telangana SC and ST Welfare Minister Adluri Laxman Kumar on Thursday said the state government is committed to providing high-quality higher education and competitive exam coaching to students from the Scheduled Castes.
The Minister said Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has set a clear goal of extending corporate-level education and Delhi-standard coaching to Dalit students in the State.
Addressing leaders of 59 Dalit caste associations at Ambedkar Bhavan, Lower Tank Bund, and later at the SC Hostel in Kacheguda, he said the government has decided to develop Ambedkar Bhavan as a modern coaching and academic hub.
