Medak, Aug. 17 -- Telangana Labour, Employment, Training & Factories and Mines & Geology Minister Dr G Vivek Venkataswamy on Monday launched a first-of-its-kind employment portal at Muppireddypally to directly connect students and job seekers with local industries and meet the growing demand for skilled manpower.
Speaking at the launch, Dr Vivek said the portal was a unique initiative aimed at bridging the gap between industries and students. He said more than 1,000 industries in the region were facing a shortage of skilled manpower and described the portal as a joint effort of the district administration and industry owners.
