Hyderabad, April 28 -- The Telangana government has registered a criminal case against Transaction Analysts (India) Private Limited and its top officials for alleged breach of trust, misappropriation of digital assets, and obstruction of a statutory project handover.

The complaint was filed by the Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) division of the Department of IT & Communications at the Central Crime Station (CCS). The case is being investigated by ACP A. Ram Reddy of the Economic Offences Wing.

According to a statement on Tuesday, the firm-along with its Managing Director and CEO Srinivasa Rao Katuri-is accused of creating hurdles in transferring government-owned data to a new agency even after the expiry of its contract on May 31, 2025....
