Jadcherla (Mahabubnagar), June 5 -- Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Friday accused his Maharashtra counterpart Devendra Fadnavis of playing a "hide-and-seek" game over the Godavari river water issue and demanded clarity on the matter.
Addressing a public meeting organised under the "Praja Palana - Pragati Pranalika" programme at Jadcherla, Revanth Reddy alleged that the Maharashtra government was avoiding a clear response on issues related to the sharing and utilisation of Godavari waters.
The Chief Minister also criticised BJP leaders and union ministers, accusing them of evading responsibility and failing to address concerns relating to the inter-state water issue.
