Hyderabad, March 16 -- Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla on Monday unveiled the Telangana Thalli (Mother Telangana) statue at the Legislative Assembly premises.
Before the unveiling, the Governor paid floral tributes to the statues of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr B.R. Ambedkar on the Assembly premises.
Legislative Council Chairman Gutta Sukender Reddy, Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu, along with several ministers and other dignitaries, were present on the occasion.
