Hyderabad, June 3 -- Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla on Tuesday unveiled the model of what is proposed to be the world's first Chaturbhuja Shanku Chakra Yukta Hanuman statue, a distinctive depiction of Lord Hanuman bearing four arms along with the conch and discus.

The 111-foot-tall monument has been designed by renowned sculptor Dr. Anil Ram Sutar and is proposed to be installed at Chinna Gottimukkula village in Shivampet mandal of Medak district, outskirts of the city.

The project is being envisioned as a symbol of devotion, spirituality, and India's rich civilisational heritage. It aims to promote the values of Sanatana Dharma while showcasing the country's spiritual traditions to a global audience.
