Hyderabad, June 9 -- Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla on Tuesday congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on becoming India's longest-serving elected Prime Minister.
In a statement, the Governor said the historic achievement reflected the immense trust and confidence reposed by the people of India in Modi's leadership.
He said the country had witnessed remarkable progress in economic growth, digital transformation, infrastructure development and enhancement of India's global stature under the Prime Minister's leadership.
