Hyderabad, March 17 -- Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla, along with First Lady Janaki Shukla, participated in the Ugadi (Telugu New Year) celebrations held at Lok Bhavan on Tuesday evening.
Extending greetings on the occasion of Sri Parabhava Nama Samvatsara Ugadi, the Governor wished happiness, peace, and prosperity to Telugu people across the world.
He described Ugadi as a festival that reflects the rich cultural heritage of the Telugu community and strengthens unity among Telugu-speaking people globally.
In his address, the Governor called upon people to welcome the new year with dedication, commitment, and hard work.
