Hyderabad, June 12 -- Telangana is rapidly emerging as one of India's most promising logistics destinations, backed by strategic infrastructure investments, progressive policies and a future-focused vision, State IT and Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu said on Friday.
Delivering the keynote address at the International Conference on Shipping and Logistics 2026 (ICSL 2026), organised by the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) at HICC, the Minister said logistics is the backbone of economic growth, connecting manufacturers, farmers, businesses and markets.
He noted that in today's global trade environment, resilience, speed, reliability and adaptability have become as important as efficiency.
